The Soffit Panel Production Line includes a material compounder, single-screw extruder, profile die, cooling station, embossing unit, and precision cutter as key components.

In operation, the Soffit Panel Production Line starts by mixing PVC or metal-plastic composites in the compounder. The extruder melts and pushes the material through the die, shaping it into flat or vented soffit panel forms. After cooling to set the structure, the embossing unit adds textures like wood grain. Finally, the cutter trims panels to standard lengths.

This integrated process, managed by the Soffit Panel Production Line, ensures continuous manufacturing of weather-resistant soffit panels, ideal for building exteriors with consistent quality and finish.
