The PVC Water Pipe Making Machine is designed for continuous production of PVC and UPVC pipes used for water supply, agricultural irrigation, well casing, drainage, and other fluid transportation applications.
With eight machine configurations available, the production range covers pipe outside diameters from 16 mm to 800 mm, with reference capacities from approximately 150 kg/h to 1300 kg/h.
The complete line integrates conical twin-screw extrusion, pipe forming, vacuum calibration, cooling, hauling, cutting, stacking, and optional belling. By changing suitable extrusion tooling and adjusting production parameters, manufacturers can produce different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses within the applicable range of the selected machine.

The PVC water pipe extrusion line can be configured for different water and fluid transportation applications.
The machine can produce rigid PVC and UPVC pipes for water distribution and fluid transportation.
Stable material plasticization, vacuum calibration and synchronized hauling help manufacturers maintain the required pipe dimensions throughout continuous production.
Different extrusion configurations can be selected according to pipe diameter, wall thickness and target capacity.
PVC pipes are widely used for transporting water in agricultural irrigation networks.
For manufacturers serving agricultural markets, the line can be configured for different irrigation pipe diameters and wall thicknesses according to project and market requirements.
Larger PVC/UPVC pipes can also be manufactured for well casing and related water-system applications.
The available machine range extends up to 800 mm, providing options for manufacturers producing larger-diameter PVC pipes.
With suitable tooling and production configuration, the equipment can also manufacture PVC pipes for building drainage, wastewater discharge, and sewage applications.
The conical twin-screw extruder is the core of the PVC water pipe production line.
ANDA provides multiple extruder configurations ranging from 55/110 to 105/216, allowing the extrusion system to be matched with different pipe diameters and output requirements.
The twin-screw structure provides the material conveying and plasticization required for continuous PVC processing.
The extrusion mould forms the plasticized PVC into the required pipe dimensions.
Different tooling can be selected according to pipe diameter and wall thickness.
By replacing suitable die components, manufacturers can expand the number of pipe specifications produced within the applicable machine range.
The vacuum calibration tank is manufactured from stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust in continuous water-cooling environments.
Vacuum sizing and water cooling work together to help maintain pipe diameter, roundness and dimensional stability.
The haul-off system provides stable pulling force during continuous pipe extrusion.
Its speed is synchronized with the extrusion process and can be adjusted according to different pipe specifications and operating conditions.
The cutting machine automatically cuts continuously extruded pipes into predetermined lengths.
The cutting process works together with the haul-off section to support continuous production.
Finished pipes are transferred to the stacker after cutting, providing organized collection and easier handling.
For water supply, drainage and other applications requiring socket connections, a belling machine can be incorporated into the production process.
The appropriate socketing configuration depends on the required finished pipe and connection method.
Efficient pipe manufacturing requires coordinated control of different sections of the extrusion line.
ANDA uses a Siemens PLC control system for centralized machine operation and production monitoring.
The control system helps operators manage extrusion-line functions through a more integrated operating interface, simplifying production adjustments and daily machine operation.
Extrusion temperature directly affects PVC processing conditions.
The machine uses Solid State Relay (SSR) heating control to maintain stable heating during extrusion.
Compared with conventional mechanical switching components, SSR control operates without mechanical contact, helping provide quiet and stable heating control during continuous production.
ANDA provides different extrusion configurations according to the required pipe diameter and production capacity.

One of the main advantages of the ANDA PVC water pipe machine series is its broad equipment range.
The PVC-63 and PVC-110 configurations are suitable for smaller water, irrigation and general-purpose PVC pipes.
PVC-160, PVC-250 and PVC-315 provide options for manufacturers producing medium-diameter water supply, agricultural and drainage pipes.
PVC-450 and PVC-630 extend production into larger water transportation and infrastructure pipe applications.
The PVC-800 configuration uses a 105/216 extruder and provides a reference capacity of up to 1300 kg/h, offering an option for manufacturers planning large-diameter PVC pipe production.
