The PVC Laminate Sheet Production Line is designed for continuous production of decorative PVC laminate sheets used in interior decoration and commercial spaces. The production line combines PVC sheet extrusion with surface finishing processes such as hot stamping, film lamination and UV coating.
Depending on the selected extruder configuration, the line can produce PVC sheets in different sizes and thicknesses. Available configurations include 1220 × 2440 mm sheets with a thickness of 2.8–3.5 mm and 950 × 2440 mm sheets with a thickness of 2–6 mm.
The finished PVC laminate sheets can be produced in different colors and decorative patterns by changing the surface film. UV glossy coating can further improve the surface appearance and provide a smoother, more wear-resistant finish.
With different production capacities available, Anda can configure the PVC laminate sheet production line according to sheet specifications, output requirements and available workshop space.
The production line is available with 80/156 and 92/188 extruder configurations. Each configuration is designed for different sheet sizes, thickness ranges and production requirements.
Parameter | 80/156 Extruder | 92/188 Extruder |
|---|---|---|
Sheet Thickness | 2.8–3.5 mm | 2–6 mm |
Sheet Size | 1220 × 2440 mm | 950 × 2440 mm |
Sheet Weight | 17–25 kg/piece | 12–36 kg/piece |
Production Output | 530 sheets/day | 800 sheets/day |
Reference Daily Output | 10 tons/24h | 12–15 tons/24h |

Suggested Workshop Size | 60 × 24 × 6 m | 60 × 24 × 6 m |
The actual production output can vary according to PVC formulation, sheet thickness, sheet weight, production conditions and equipment configuration. The specifications above are the reference parameters provided for the available production line configurations.
Different manufacturers may require different sheet sizes, thicknesses and production capacities. Anda provides two reference extruder configurations to accommodate different production requirements.
The 80/156 configuration is designed for 1220 × 2440 mm sheets with a reference thickness range of 2.8–3.5 mm.
Its reference output is approximately 530 sheets per day, equivalent to around 10 tons per 24 hours.
This configuration has a reference machine size of 25 × 2.5 × 3 m and a suggested workshop size of 60 × 24 × 6 m.
The 92/188 configuration is designed for 950 × 2440 mm sheets and supports a wider thickness range of approximately 2–6 mm.
Its reference output is approximately 800 sheets per day, equivalent to around 12–15 tons per 24 hours.
The reference machine size is 28 × 2.5 × 3 m, while the suggested workshop size is also 60 × 24 × 6 m.
The production process combines PVC material processing, sheet forming and decorative surface treatment to produce finished PVC laminate sheets.
PVC raw materials are prepared and mixed according to the required formulation before entering the extrusion system. Proper material preparation helps maintain consistent processing conditions during continuous production.
The prepared PVC material is fed into the extruder and plasticized under controlled processing conditions. The extruder then delivers the molten PVC material for sheet forming.
The 80/156 and 92/188 configurations provide different production options for manufacturers requiring different sheet specifications and output levels.
The extruded PVC material is formed into a continuous sheet with the required thickness and width. The final dimensions depend on the selected production configuration.
For example, the available configurations can produce 1220 × 2440 mm sheets or 950 × 2440 mm sheets.
After sheet forming, the PVC sheet surface can be treated by hot stamping or film lamination.
By changing the decorative film, manufacturers can create different colors and surface patterns for different interior design requirements.
A UV glossy varnish can be applied to the finished surface. This treatment helps create a smoother and glossier appearance and improves the surface's wear resistance.
After the sheet has been formed and surface treated, it can be cut to the required length and prepared for stacking, handling and subsequent packaging.
A PVC laminate sheet production line is a manufacturing system used to produce decorative PVC sheets through extrusion and surface finishing processes. Depending on the configuration, the sheet surface can be treated by hot stamping, film lamination and UV coating.
The available configurations cover different thickness ranges. The 80/156 configuration supports approximately 2.8–3.5 mm sheets, while the 92/188 configuration supports approximately 2–6 mm sheets.
The available reference configurations include 1220 × 2440 mm sheets and 950 × 2440 mm sheets.
The 80/156 configuration has a reference output of approximately 530 sheets per day, while the 92/188 configuration can produce approximately 800 sheets per day.
The reference daily output is approximately 10 tons per 24 hours for the 80/156 configuration and 12–15 tons per 24 hours for the 92/188 configuration.
Yes. Film lamination is one of the available surface finishing methods. Different films can be selected to create different colors and decorative patterns.
Yes. Hot stamping can be used as a surface decoration method for the PVC sheet.
UV glossy varnish can improve the surface appearance by creating a smoother and glossier finish. It can also improve surface wear resistance.
The reference workshop size for both listed configurations is 60 × 24 × 6 m. The actual workshop requirements should be confirmed according to the complete equipment layout and auxiliary equipment selected for the project.
Yes. Different decorative films can be used to produce different colors and surface patterns.
The appropriate configuration should be selected according to the required sheet size, thickness, sheet weight, daily output and available workshop space. Anda can provide a suitable configuration based on the buyer's production requirements.
If you are planning to manufacture decorative PVC laminate sheets, provide your target sheet size, thickness, daily production capacity and preferred surface finish to Anda. The production line configuration can then be matched to your required output and manufacturing conditions.
