A PVC fluted panel contains several connected geometric features. These may include raised flutes, recessed grooves, internal ribs, hollow chambers and interlocking edges.
Each feature must remain stable throughout continuous production. A change in melt temperature, mould pressure, cooling capacity or haul-off speed can affect several dimensions at the same time.
The SJSZ65/132 extruder prepares a uniform PVC melt and supplies it to the profile mould. The mould distributes the material across the complete fluted cross-section.
Vacuum calibration holds the hot profile against the calibration tooling. Water cooling removes heat and locks the panel dimensions before traction.
The synchronized haul-off unit maintains continuous movement without excessive stretching or compression. The automatic cutting unit then separates the profile into the required finished length.
The performance of the line therefore depends on the coordination of every production stage. High extruder output alone does not guarantee qualified finished panels.

The line is configured to maintain acceptable panel dimensions while increasing production speed. Performance is measured by qualified output rather than theoretical extrusion capacity.
Balanced mould flow and vacuum calibration support consistent flute width, groove depth and internal-rib formation.
Extrusion and haul-off speeds can be coordinated to maintain the required wall thickness and panel weight.
PID-controlled heating zones help operators maintain a stable PVC processing window.
Aligned calibration, uniform cooling and stable traction help reduce panel bending and twisting.
Different fluted structures can be produced by changing the mould and calibration tooling.
Hot-stamping and laminating units can be integrated according to the required decorative finish.
What does the SJSZ65/132 PVC fluted panel production line produce?
It produces rigid PVC decorative panels with grooves, raised flutes, hollow chambers and customised connecting edges.
What makes this a high-speed production line?
The extruder, calibration table, cooling system and haul-off unit are configured for coordinated operation. Actual speed depends on the panel and formula.
How should production capacity be compared?
Compare qualified output under the same panel weight, cross-section, formula, running time and inspection standard.
Can one line produce different fluted panel designs?
Yes. Different designs require corresponding moulds and calibration tooling.
How is panel thickness controlled?
Thickness depends on mould flow, extrusion output and haul-off speed. These settings must remain synchronized.
How is groove consistency maintained?
It depends on stable melt pressure, balanced mould flow, vacuum calibration and uniform cooling.
Can the line process high-filled PVC compounds?
The line can be configured for filled rigid PVC formulas. The final filler level requires production testing.
Can surface finishing be integrated into the line?
Yes. Online hot-stamping or laminating equipment can be added according to the finished product.
Can the line match local electrical requirements?
Yes. Voltage, phase and frequency should be confirmed before the technical proposal is finalised.
What information is required for a quotation?
Provide the panel drawing, dimensions, weight, formulation, output target, surface finish and electrical requirements.
