The ANDA Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is designed to manufacture flexible single-wall corrugated pipes from polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
The line combines an extrusion system, pipe extrusion die, corrugator forming machine, cooling system, and downstream collection equipment to produce pipes with continuous corrugation profiles.
ANDA offers PE32 and PE63 model ranges, covering nominal pipe diameters from 12 mm to 63 mm. The extrusion system and forming moulds can be configured according to the required material, pipe diameter, wall thickness, and corrugation design.
The equipment is suitable for manufacturers producing flexible protective conduits and corrugated hoses for various industrial applications.
ANDA's PE PP PVC corrugated pipe extrusion line supports the production of flexible pipes for several applications.
Application | Typical Products |
|---|---|
Automotive Wiring Protection | Corrugated conduits for engine compartments, chassis, and dashboard wiring |
Building Electrical Conduits | Flexible wiring protection pipes for walls, ceilings, and electrical installations |
Household Appliance Drainage | Washing machine drain hoses, air conditioner condensate hoses, and dishwasher drainage pipes |
Medical Equipment Tubing | Protective tubing and suitable medical equipment components, subject to material and product validation |
Pipe material and corrugation design should be selected according to the finished-product requirements.
ANDA provides two existing machine model ranges for different corrugated pipe diameters.

The listed extruder models and speeds refer to the existing machine configurations. PE, PP, and PVC processing may require different extrusion setups. Final specifications should be confirmed according to the selected material and pipe requirements.
PE, PP, and PVC have different processing characteristics and finished-product properties.
Material | Processing Considerations | Common Applications |
|---|---|---|
PE | Suitable extrusion temperature and screw configuration for polyethylene grades | Flexible cable conduits, appliance drainage hoses |
PP | Processing conditions matched to polypropylene grades and required pipe properties | Automotive wiring protection, industrial cable conduits |
PVC | Formulation-specific plasticization, screw design, and temperature control | Building electrical conduits, flexible protective pipes |
Material selection depends on the required flexibility, thermal performance, mechanical properties, and applicable product standards.
The extrusion system is responsible for feeding, melting, mixing, and delivering plastic material to the forming die.
ANDA's existing PE32 and PE63 configurations use SJ50/30 and SJ65/30 extruders.
For PE and PP, suitable single-screw extrusion systems can be used according to the material grade and required output.
PVC processing requires appropriate screw design, temperature control, and material handling according to the formulation. A dedicated extrusion configuration may be required.
The extruder should be selected according to:
Raw material type and formulation
Required pipe diameter and wall thickness
Target production speed
Processing temperature requirements
Finished pipe specifications
The extrusion die forms the molten plastic into a tubular shape before corrugation.
Different die configurations can be used for different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses.
A suitable extrusion die helps maintain consistent material distribution and supports stable corrugated pipe forming.
The die design should be matched to the selected polymer and corrugator moulds.
The corrugator forming machine is the core component of the single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line.
It uses continuously moving mould blocks to shape the extruded tube into the required corrugated profile.
The corrugator performs several important functions:
Forms the required corrugation pitch and depth.
Controls the external corrugated pipe profile.
Supports continuous pipe forming.
Provides cooling and shape stabilization during production.
The forming moulds are designed according to the finished pipe diameter and corrugation geometry.
Proper coordination between extrusion speed and corrugator movement is important for maintaining consistent pipe dimensions and corrugation quality.
The forming moulds determine the finished pipe's corrugation geometry.
Different pipe products may require different:
Outer diameters
Corrugation pitches
Corrugation depths
Wall thicknesses
Profile designs
Customers can provide pipe samples or technical drawings to determine suitable mould configurations.
The cooling system helps stabilize the pipe after corrugation forming.
Cooling performance affects dimensional stability, corrugation definition, and continuous production consistency.
The cooling configuration should be matched to the material, wall thickness, and production speed.
Downstream equipment is selected according to the required finished-pipe format.
Winding System: Suitable for flexible corrugated pipes supplied in coils.
Cutting System: Suitable for corrugated pipes requiring fixed lengths.
The final equipment configuration depends on the customer's production and packaging requirements.
It is a plastic extrusion system used to manufacture flexible pipes with corrugated inner and outer surfaces. The line typically includes an extruder, extrusion die, corrugator forming machine, cooling system, and downstream handling equipment.
ANDA can provide configurations for PE, PP, and PVC corrugated pipe production. The extrusion equipment and processing settings must be selected according to the material formulation.
ANDA's existing PE32 and PE63 model ranges cover nominal pipe diameters from 12 mm to 63 mm.
The corrugator uses moving mould blocks to form the pipe's corrugated profile. It controls the corrugation geometry and supports cooling during production.
Different pipe diameters can be produced using compatible extrusion dies and corrugator moulds within the machine's supported size range.
The existing PE32 configuration is specified at up to 8 m/min, while PE63 is listed at 10–12 m/min. Actual operating speed depends on the material and finished pipe specifications.
Yes. The extrusion system, pipe dies, corrugator moulds, and downstream handling equipment can be configured according to customer requirements.
Product Overview:
The ANDA PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Line is designed for the continuous production of rigid PVC ceiling panels and hollow decorative ceiling profiles.
The complete line integrates PVC plasticization, mould forming, vacuum calibration, water cooling, synchronized haul-off and automatic cutting. Optional hot-stamping or laminating equipment can be added for decorative surface finishing.
Four machine configurations support common panel widths from 200 mm to 600 mm. Reference production capacity ranges from more than 800 m² to 3,300 m² per day, depending on the panel weight, PVC formulation, mould structure and cooling conditions.
