The production line is developed for PVC-based WPC decorative profiles. It can produce different wall panel styles by changing the extrusion mold and calibration tooling.
Typical products include:
WPC louver wall panels
WPC fluted wall panels
WPC slat wall panels
Decorative interior wall panels
Hollow WPC wall profiles
WPC ceiling decoration profiles
Feature-wall panels
Partition and room-divider profiles
Interior cladding profiles
Customized decorative WPC profiles
Panel width, thickness, cavity structure, surface pattern and installation joint can be customized according to the customer’s sample or technical drawing.
This flexibility helps manufacturers serve different interior decoration markets while using one main extrusion platform.
WPC louver panels combine the appearance of wood with the processing advantages of PVC-based composite materials. Their fluted surface creates visual depth while concealing uneven wall surfaces.
The finished panels can be used in:
Hotel reception areas
Office feature walls
Commercial interiors
Retail stores
Restaurants and cafés
Conference rooms
Exhibition halls
Residential living spaces
Interior ceilings
Decorative partitions
Entertainment venues
Public building interiors
Final product performance depends on the raw material formulation, panel structure and surface-finishing process.
The extruder is the core of the WPC louver panel production line. It controls compound conveying, plasticization and melt pressure.
Main functions include:
Controlled material feeding
Multi-zone barrel heating
PVC-WPC compound plasticization
Adjustable screw speed
Stable material discharge
Continuous profile production
The extrusion mold forms the panel profile. It can be customized according to the finished panel drawing, sample or market requirement.
Mold customization can cover:
Panel width
Panel thickness
Number of flutes
Hollow cavity structure
Edge connection
Surface texture
Installation joint
Each panel specification normally requires matching extrusion and calibration tooling.
The calibration table uses vacuum sizing and cooling to stabilize the profile after it exits the mold.
It helps control:
Dimensional accuracy
Panel flatness
Profile shape
Connection accuracy
Surface consistency
The cooling platform removes residual heat from the formed profile. Proper cooling reduces bending, twisting and dimensional changes.
The haul-off machine provides continuous pulling force. Its operating speed is synchronized with the extruder.
Stable haul-off helps prevent:
Uneven wall thickness
Profile stretching
Panel deformation
Unstable production speed
The cutting unit cuts panels to the preset length. It works with the haul-off system for continuous operation.
The online hot-stamping machine applies decorative films to the panel surface. Film patterns can be changed according to market demand.
A heating and cooling mixer can be supplied for preparing PVC-WPC dry blends. Its capacity should match the required extrusion output.

Mold configuration | Customized | Customized |
It produces PVC-based WPC louver panels, fluted wall panels, slat wall panels and decorative interior profiles. Different products require matching extrusion and calibration molds.
The line is primarily configured for PVC-based WPC dry blends. Common ingredients include PVC resin, wood powder or plant fiber, calcium carbonate, stabilizers and processing additives.
The final formulation must be tested according to the required panel quality.
Yes. The main extrusion line can produce different panel profiles by changing the extrusion mold and corresponding calibration tooling.
The suitable range depends on extruder capacity, panel width and mold structure.
The existing configurations cover reference widths from 200 to 600 mm. Wider or special profiles require technical evaluation.
Yes. These terms often describe similar decorative wall-panel profiles. The exact shape depends on the mold design.
This configuration is mainly described for PVC-based interior WPC panels. PE-WPC outdoor profiles use a different material-processing system and may require a different extruder, mold and cooling configuration.
Customers requiring outdoor PE-WPC cladding should request a separate technical evaluation.
Yes. An optional hot-stamping unit can add wood-grain, stone-grain or decorative films during production.
Capacity is selected according to panel width, panel weight, formulation, mold structure and required production volume. A product drawing is recommended for accurate line selection.
The price depends on the extruder model, mold quantity, output requirement, electrical brands, surface-finishing equipment and auxiliary machines.
Send ANDA your panel drawing and required capacity for an accurate quotation.
Yes. The mold can be designed according to a panel sample, sectional drawing or required product dimensions.
The customer should prepare the power supply, cooling water, compressed air where required, raw materials, workshop space and lifting equipment according to the technical documents.
Product Overview:
The ANDA PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Line is designed for the continuous production of rigid PVC ceiling panels and hollow decorative ceiling profiles.
The complete line integrates PVC plasticization, mould forming, vacuum calibration, water cooling, synchronized haul-off and automatic cutting. Optional hot-stamping or laminating equipment can be added for decorative surface finishing.
Four machine configurations support common panel widths from 200 mm to 600 mm. Reference production capacity ranges from more than 800 m² to 3,300 m² per day, depending on the panel weight, PVC formulation, mould structure and cooling conditions.
