A Bamboo Charcoal Wall Panel Production Line is an extrusion manufacturing system used to continuously produce bamboo charcoal-based decorative wall panels.
The production line processes the prepared raw material through a conical twin screw extruder. The material is heated, mixed and plasticized before entering a customized extrusion die.
The die forms the basic cross-sectional structure of the bamboo charcoal wall panel. The hot profile then passes through a vacuum calibration table and cooling system to stabilize its dimensions and shape.
After calibration, the haul-off machine continuously pulls the profile forward. The cutting machine then cuts the continuous profile into the required lengths before the finished panels are stacked for inspection and packaging.
Production process:
Raw Material Preparation → Mixing → Feeding → Twin Screw Extrusion → Die Forming → Vacuum Calibration → Cooling → Haul-Off → Cutting → Stacking → Surface Finishing
This continuous extrusion process provides a practical manufacturing solution for commercial bamboo charcoal wall panel production.
The Bamboo Charcoal Wall Panel Production Line uses continuous extrusion to manufacture long wall panel profiles.
Compared with batch forming processes, continuous extrusion allows the panel profile to be produced and cut continuously according to the required length.
The extrusion die can be customized according to the required wall panel design.
This allows manufacturers to develop different bamboo charcoal wall panel profiles from the same basic extrusion platform.
Anda's published configuration uses ABB frequency converters for the extruder and haul-off.
Operators can adjust the production speed according to material processing conditions and product requirements.
PID temperature control helps maintain stable extrusion temperatures.
Stable temperature conditions support consistent material plasticization and continuous profile production.
The vacuum calibration table helps maintain the required dimensions and profile geometry after extrusion.
This is important when producing bamboo charcoal wall panels with grooves, slats or other decorative structures.
The production line can be combined with optional downstream equipment for different decorative effects.
Possible finishing processes include:
Wood grain printing
Hot stamping
Thermal transfer
Film lamination
Embossing
Other decorative treatments
The appropriate finishing system should be selected according to the material and surface requirements of the finished panel.
Before selecting a machine, manufacturers should prepare the following information.
Provide a CAD drawing, technical drawing or physical sample.
The profile determines the extrusion die and calibration tooling.
Confirm:
Panel width
Panel height
Wall thickness
Panel length
Profile structure
Product density
Provide information about the bamboo charcoal material, polymer, fillers and processing additives.
The material formulation is an important factor in selecting the extrusion configuration.
Specify the target output in kg/h or finished panels per day.
The required output affects the extruder configuration and downstream equipment.
Confirm whether the finished product requires:
Wood grain
Embossing
Hot stamping
Film lamination
Printing
Other decorative finishes
Consider:
Workshop dimensions
Electrical supply
Raw material storage
Finished product storage
Production line layout
Material handling
Anda's current product information lists different machine configurations. However, some values in the published parameter table appear to have formatting or field-alignment issues.
Therefore, motor power and output should be confirmed with Anda Machinery before being published as fixed specifications.
Parameter | Model 65 | Model 80 |
|---|---|---|
Machine Model | 65 | 80 |
Screw Configuration | 55/110 | 65/132 |
Panel Profile | Customized | Customized |
Control System | Frequency + PID | Frequency + PID |
The actual production capacity depends on:
Material formulation
Bamboo charcoal content
Profile dimensions
Panel thickness
Product density
Extruder configuration
Die design
Extrusion speed
Cooling conditions
Haul-off speed
Therefore, output should be calculated according to the actual bamboo charcoal wall panel specification.
