Our PVC Edge Band Production Line with Calender Cooling is a fully automated integrated equipment specially developed to produce PVC edge bands of different widths, thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes. Conical Twin-Screw Extruder: Equipped with Siemens motor and ABB inverter, with high torque gearbox and bimetallic screw & barrel (material: 38CrMoALA), which ensures uniform plasticization of PVC raw materials, high extrusion efficiency and stable output. The main models include SJSZ 55/110 and SJSZ 65/132, which can be selected according to production capacity needs.
Three-Roller Calender System: The rollers have high processing accuracy and good surface smoothness, which can effectively shape the extruded PVC material, ensuring the flatness, thickness uniformity and surface gloss of the edge band. The roller spacing can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different product specifications.
Efficient Calender Cooling Device: Adopts water cooling method, which can quickly cool and solidify the calendered PVC edge band, effectively improving production efficiency while ensuring the physical properties and dimensional stability of the product. The cooling temperature can be intelligently adjusted according to production needs.
Intelligent Control System: Equipped with PLC control and human-machine interface (HMI), which realizes automatic control of each link such as raw material transportation, extrusion, calendering, cooling, traction and winding. The operation is simple and intuitive, and parameters can be adjusted in real time to reduce manual errors.
Auxiliary Components: Including raw material mixer, traction machine, primer machine, cutting machine, automatic stacker and winder. The automatic stacker saves labor costs, and the winder adopts tension control system to ensure smooth winding of finished products.
