The PVC Conduit Pipe Making Machine is designed for efficient manufacturing of PVC and UPVC electrical conduit pipes used for electrical wiring and cable protection.
Available with 55/110 or 65/132 conical twin-screw extruders, the machine adopts a double-output configuration for simultaneous production of two conduit pipes.
ANDA offers configurations covering conduit outside diameters from 16 mm to 63 mm, with nominal output capacities of approximately 125 kg/h or 200 kg/h, depending on the selected model.
For manufacturers producing common electrical conduit sizes in volume, the double-output design provides an efficient solution for increasing production capacity while maintaining flexible conduit specifications.
Two conduits can be extruded simultaneously, making the machine suitable for volume electrical conduit manufacturing.
Two extruder configurations allow manufacturers to select equipment according to their required diameter range and production capacity.
Depending on the selected model, conduit sizes from approximately 16 mm to 63 mm can be manufactured.
The PVC-63 configuration provides higher production capacity for manufacturers requiring increased output.
Controlled extruder temperatures help maintain stable PVC processing conditions.
Production speed can be adjusted according to actual conduit specifications and manufacturing requirements.
Suitable mould components can be changed to manufacture different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses within the applicable machine range.

One of the important requirements for conduit manufacturers is the ability to serve different customer specifications.
ANDA offers two main production ranges:
Designed for conduit outside diameters from approximately 16 to 32 mm.
It uses a 55/110 conical twin-screw extruder and offers nominal production capacity of approximately 125 kg/h.
This configuration is particularly suitable for manufacturers primarily producing common smaller electrical conduit sizes.
Designed for a wider conduit range from approximately 16 to 63 mm.
It uses a 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder and offers nominal production capacity of approximately 200 kg/h.
This model is suitable for manufacturers requiring a broader diameter range or higher production capacity.
Manufacturers do not necessarily need a separate extrusion machine for every conduit specification.
By changing suitable tooling components and adjusting production parameters, different pipe diameters or wall thicknesses can be manufactured on the same applicable machine configuration.
This flexibility is useful for factories serving multiple customers or markets where electrical conduit specifications vary.
Machine performance should ultimately be evaluated by the conduit it produces.
The combination of controlled extrusion, pipe forming, vacuum calibration, cooling and synchronized hauling is designed to support consistent finished-pipe production.
Vacuum calibration helps control conduit outside dimensions during continuous extrusion.
Stable material flow and synchronized haul-off conditions help maintain consistent pipe wall dimensions.
Vacuum sizing and controlled cooling help the conduit maintain its required shape.
Suitable PVC plasticization and stable extrusion conditions contribute to a smooth finished pipe surface.
Coordinated hauling and cutting allow the finished conduit to be produced according to the required length.
A complete conduit manufacturing system consists of multiple processing sections working continuously.
The conical twin-screw extruder is designed for processing PVC compounds and provides the plasticization required for stable conduit extrusion.
ANDA offers 55/110 and 65/132 extruder configurations according to the required production range.
The appropriate extruder should be selected based on conduit diameter, wall thickness and required output rather than maximum capacity alone.
The double-output extrusion tooling allows two PVC conduit pipes to be formed simultaneously.
Suitable tooling can be selected according to the required pipe diameter and wall thickness.
By changing the corresponding mandrel or mould lip and adjusting production parameters, manufacturers can produce different conduit specifications within the machine's applicable range.
After leaving the extrusion mould, the conduit enters the vacuum calibration section.
Controlled vacuum sizing helps maintain the required pipe outside diameter and roundness while cooling begins to stabilize the newly formed conduit.
The cooling system removes heat from the extruded conduit and stabilizes its dimensions before hauling and cutting.
Proper cooling is important for maintaining pipe shape during continuous high-volume manufacturing.
The haul-off machine continuously pulls the two conduit pipes through the production process.
Its speed is coordinated with the extruder to maintain stable production conditions.
Adjustable speed also allows the production process to be optimized for different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses.
The cutting unit automatically cuts the conduit into the required finished length as it moves through the line.
Coordinated hauling and cutting support continuous production while reducing unnecessary interruptions.
After cutting, finished conduit pipes are collected and organized by the stacker for easier downstream handling.
Additional equipment can be co
It processes PVC compound through extrusion and forms it into electrical conduit pipe. The production process typically includes extrusion, forming, vacuum calibration, cooling, hauling and cutting.
ANDA currently offers configurations covering approximately 16–32 mm and 16–63 mm outside diameters, depending on the selected machine.
The PVC-32 double-output model has a nominal capacity of approximately 125 kg/h, while the PVC-63 double-output model reaches approximately 200 kg/h. Actual output varies according to pipe specifications and processing conditions.
Double output allows two conduit pipes to be manufactured simultaneously, which is particularly useful for high-volume production of small- and medium-diameter electrical conduit.
Yes. Within the applicable machine range, different conduit diameters can be manufactured by using suitable mould components and adjusting the corresponding production parameters.
Different wall thicknesses can be produced within the machine's applicable processing range by selecting suitable tooling and adjusting extrusion and haul-off conditions.
PVC-32 covers approximately 16–32 mm conduit and uses a 55/110 extruder with nominal output around 125 kg/h. PVC-63 covers approximately 16–63 mm and uses a 65/132 extruder with nominal output around 200 kg/h.
Start with your required conduit diameter, wall thickness and production capacity. These three specifications are the most important information for determining the appropriate extruder and tooling configuration.
