The PE PP pulverizer is designed to prepare plastic powder for compatible industrial processing applications.
Polyethylene powder is widely used in rotational molding to manufacture hollow plastic products, including tanks, containers, and molded components.
The pulverizer can be evaluated for preparing suitable PE powder, provided that the required particle size distribution and material properties can be achieved.
Prepared PE and PP production scraps can be ground into powder for suitable recycling and reprocessing operations.
The material should be cleaned, sorted, and reduced to an appropriate feed size before grinding.
The machine supports plastic powder preparation for manufacturers that require ground PE or PP materials for subsequent industrial processing.
The target powder size should be selected according to the downstream production process.
Ground plastic powder may be used in compatible blending and compounding operations.
The suitability of the powder depends on polymer grade, particle size, additives, and the requirements of the final product.
ANDA's PE PP pulverizer is intended for compatible polyethylene and polypropylene feedstock.
Material | Description | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|
HDPE | High-Density Polyethylene | Containers, pipes, molded products |
LDPE | Low-Density Polyethylene | Flexible packaging and film products |
LLDPE | Linear Low-Density Polyethylene | Stretch films, agricultural films, rotational molding grades |
PP | Polypropylene | Molded components, packaging, industrial plastic products |
Important: Processing suitability varies by polymer grade and feedstock condition. In particular, softer LDPE and LLDPE materials may require specific grinding conditions. Confirm compatibility with ANDA before selecting the machine.

HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP have different physical properties.
Material flexibility, hardness, and thermal behavior can influence grinding efficiency and powder quality.
Uniformly prepared feedstock can help maintain more consistent processing conditions.
Oversized, contaminated, or mixed materials may require additional preparation.
The published machine range is 10–50 mesh.
Finer powder requirements can affect grinding throughput and processing conditions.
Mechanical grinding generates frictional heat.
The cooling system and operating settings should be selected to suit the processed material.
Output varies with machine model, feedstock characteristics, and target powder fineness.
The required production capacity should be confirmed using the actual material and intended operating conditions.
The grinding disc assembly provides mechanical size reduction for compatible PE and PP feedstock.
The appropriate grinding conditions depend on the material grade and required powder fineness.
The feeding arrangement supplies prepared plastic material to the grinding chamber.
A suitable feed rate helps maintain stable operation and reduces unnecessary fluctuations in processing load.
The machine uses water cooling to help manage frictional heat generated during grinding.
Effective temperature control is important for reducing material softening and maintaining processing stability.
The blower supports movement of ground material through the powder handling system.
Published blower power ranges from 3 kW to 7.5 kW across the SMF series.
The screening arrangement helps separate ground material according to the selected configuration.
Screening performance and the resulting particle size distribution should be verified for the intended application.
The dust collection arrangement helps capture airborne particles generated during powder processing.
Suitable dust extraction, grounding, and housekeeping measures are important when handling combustible plastic powders.
A PE PP plastic pulverizer is industrial grinding equipment used to reduce compatible polyethylene and polypropylene materials into powder.
A plastic crusher generally reduces large plastic waste into smaller pieces. A pulverizer performs further size reduction to produce finer particles or powder.
The published SMF series specifications indicate an adjustable range of 10–50 mesh.
The machine is designed for PE and PP materials. Compatibility with a particular HDPE grade and feedstock form should be confirmed before purchase.
Processing LDPE and LLDPE requires verification because their flexibility and thermal behavior can affect grinding performance. Contact ANDA with the specific material grade and required powder size.
It may be suitable for compatible PE powder preparation, subject to confirmation of material compatibility and the particle size distribution required for the rotational molding process.
Yes. The published specifications identify a water cooling system.
The models differ in grinding chamber diameter, motor power, blower power, published output, machine dimensions, and weight.
Polymer grade, incoming material size, target mesh, grinding temperature, and operating conditions can all affect actual output.
Please provide the polymer type and grade, feedstock form, incoming particle size, required powder fineness, expected output, and final application.
