PVC edge band printing machine with UV coating

Our PVC Edge Band Printing Machine with UV Coating is a multifunctional automatic equipment integrating high-precision printing, instant UV coating and rapid curing. It is exclusively designed for surface decoration and protection of PVC edge bands, capable of realizing clear printing of wood grain, marble, solid color, logos and characters, as well as one-stop completion of UV coating and curing on the printed surface. Different from traditional separate printing and coating equipment, this integrated machine achieves seamless connection between printing and UV coating processes, greatly shortening production cycle, reducing manual transfer links and avoiding surface scratches or pattern damage during handling.
The equipment adopts advanced UV coating technology, which effectively makes up for the defects of poor wear resistance, easy fading and low gloss of traditional printed PVC edge bands. The UV coating layer formed after curing is transparent, smooth and firm, which not only enhances the gloss and texture of the printed surface, but also improves the wear resistance, scratch resistance and yellowing resistance of the edge bands, ensuring that the products can maintain long-term stability even in frequent use and harsh environments.

It's applied for painting and coat UV varnish on PVC edge band. High glossy and matt effect can be made on this machine.

The ANDA PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Line is designed for the continuous production of rigid PVC ceiling panels and hollow decorative ceiling profiles.

The complete line integrates PVC plasticization, mould forming, vacuum calibration, water cooling, synchronized haul-off and automatic cutting. Optional hot-stamping or laminating equipment can be added for decorative surface finishing.
