The ANDA SJSZ65/132 PVC Fluted Panel Production Line produces rigid decorative panels with fluted, grooved and customized hollow structures.
It integrates twin-screw extrusion, mold forming, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul-off and automatic cutting. Optional hot-stamping or laminating units add decorative finishes. Stable extrusion and synchronized operation ensure consistent panel dimensions and reliable output.

Product Description

A PVC fluted panel contains several connected geometric features. These may include raised flutes, recessed grooves, internal ribs, hollow chambers and interlocking edges.

Each feature must remain stable throughout continuous production. A change in melt temperature, mould pressure, cooling capacity or haul-off speed can affect several dimensions at the same time.

The SJSZ65/132 extruder prepares a uniform PVC melt and supplies it to the profile mould. The mould distributes the material across the complete fluted cross-section.

Vacuum calibration holds the hot profile against the calibration tooling. Water cooling removes heat and locks the panel dimensions before traction.

The synchronized haul-off unit maintains continuous movement without excessive stretching or compression. The automatic cutting unit then separates the profile into the required finished length.

The performance of the line therefore depends on the coordination of every production stage. High extruder output alone does not guarantee qualified finished panels.
