Product Overview

The WPC Foam Board Production Line is designed for continuous production of PVC/WPC foam boards for furniture, interior decoration, construction and other applications. The system combines material preparation, extrusion, molding, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul-off and cutting to provide a complete foam board manufacturing solution.

The production line supports different board thicknesses, production widths and output capacities through different extruder configurations. It can produce foam boards from 3–20 mm or 5–30 mm, with production widths up to 1220 mm and maximum capacity of 500 kg/h, depending on the selected configuration.

Main Components of the WPC Foam Board Production Line

Conical Twin Screw Extruder

The conical twin screw extruder is the main processing unit of the production line. It plasticizes, mixes and conveys the prepared material before it enters the die.

Specialized PVC Foam Screw
