1. Conical Twin-Screw Extruder

As the core power unit of the production line, the conical twin-screw extruder is responsible for melting, mixing, and extruding the raw materials. It adopts a high-torque reducer and a frequency conversion speed control system (ABB inverter), which can adjust the extruding speed steplessly according to production needs. The screw is made of wear-resistant alloy steel,经过 special heat treatment, with strong corrosion resistance and long service life. The barrel is equipped with a multi-section PID temperature control system, which ensures uniform heating and stable melting of raw materials, avoiding material carbonization or uneven mixing.

2.Decking Mold

The mold is customized according to the size and shape of the WPC decking board (common specifications: 100x25mm, 150x30mm, 200x35mm, etc.). It is made of high-precision steel, with smooth inner surface and high dimensional accuracy, ensuring that the extruded decking board has a flat surface, clear texture, and consistent thickness. The mold is equipped with a cooling system, which can quickly cool the extruded material, improving the shaping effect and production efficiency.


3.Calibration Table

After extrusion and shaping, the WPC decking board needs to be cooled to room temperature to ensure its dimensional stability and avoid deformation. The calibration table adopts a water cooling combined mode, with a cooling length of 3-6 meters. The conveyor belt is made of high-temperature resistant and wear-resistant rubber, which can stably convey the decking board without scratching the surface. The cooling temperature can be adjusted according to the ambient temperature and production speed.

4.Cutting Machine

The cutting machine is used to cut the continuous WPC decking board into fixed-length products (common lengths: 2.4m, 3m, 4m, etc.). It adopts a high-speed circular saw blade, with smooth cutting surface and no burrs. The cutting length can be set freely through the control panel, and the cutting accuracy is ±1mm. The machine is equipped with a safety protection device to ensure the safety of operators.

5.Stacking Machine

The stacking machine is used to automatically stack the cut WPC decking boards, reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency. It adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) control system, which can adjust the stacking height and quantity according to the product specifications. The stacking platform is equipped with a buffer device to avoid collision and damage to the decking board surface.
