The High-Efficiency PVC Pipe Production Line is designed for continuous manufacturing of rigid PVC and UPVC pipes for water supply, building drainage, electrical conduit, agricultural irrigation and other piping applications.
The complete line integrates twin-screw extrusion, pipe forming, vacuum calibration, cooling, hauling, cutting and stacking into a coordinated production process. Seven machine configurations cover pipe outside diameters from 16 mm to 630 mm, with reference output capacities from 150 to 750 kg/h.
By changing suitable extrusion tooling and adjusting production parameters, manufacturers can produce different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses on the applicable line, providing a flexible solution for PVC pipe factories serving multiple markets.

Seven production-line configurations allow manufacturers to select equipment according to different pipe diameter requirements rather than using an oversized machine for every application.
Reference production capacities range from approximately 150 kg/h to 750 kg/h, providing options for different factory capacities and pipe sizes.
The extrusion line uses frequency-converter-based speed regulation, allowing operators to adjust production speed according to actual processing requirements.
Key temperature-control components can use recognized brands such as Omron or Eurotherm, helping maintain controlled processing temperatures during continuous extrusion.
The 304 stainless steel vacuum tank is designed for continuous operation in a wet production environment while providing stable pipe sizing.
ANDA uses recognized component brands including Schneider contactors and ABB/Siemens frequency converters in applicable configurations to support stable machine operation.
Different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses can be manufactured by changing suitable tooling and adjusting production parameters within the applicable machine range.
The extruder is the core processing unit of the line.
Different extruder configurations—including 55/110, 65/132, 80/156 and 92/188—are available according to pipe size and production capacity.
Controlled screw rotation and temperature management provide the stable PVC plasticization required before the material enters the extrusion die.
Variable-frequency speed regulation allows production speed to be adjusted according to pipe dimensions and operating requirements.
The mould determines the basic pipe diameter and wall structure during extrusion.
By replacing the appropriate die mandrel and die components, manufacturers can produce multiple pipe specifications within the applicable range of the selected line.
This makes the equipment more flexible for factories supplying different PVC pipe markets.
After extrusion, accurate sizing is essential for maintaining finished pipe dimensions.
ANDA uses a 304 stainless steel vacuum calibration tank, providing resistance to rust and corrosion in continuous water-cooling environments.
Stable vacuum conditions help control pipe diameter and roundness while cooling begins to stabilize the extruded pipe.
The cooling section gradually removes heat from the PVC pipe after initial calibration.
Adequate cooling is important for maintaining dimensional stability, especially when increasing production speed or manufacturing larger-diameter pipes.
The haul-off machine provides continuous and controlled pulling force.
Its speed works in coordination with the extruder to help maintain stable pipe dimensions and wall thickness during production.
Different haul-off configurations can be selected according to pipe diameter and production requirements.
The cutting system cuts continuously extruded PVC pipe into the required finished lengths.
The cutting operation is coordinated with line speed to support continuous production and consistent pipe length.
After cutting, finished PVC pipes are transferred to the stacker for organized collection and easier downstream handling.
For applications requiring socket-ended pipes, a belling machine can be integrated into the downstream production process.
The final downstream configuration should be selected according to the finished pipe specification and connection method.
ANDA offers multiple configurations to match different PVC pipe diameters and production capacity requirements.

One PVC pipe extrusion system can be configured for different applications according to the required pipe dimensions, formulation, mould and downstream equipment.
For manufacturers producing rigid PVC/UPVC pipes for water transportation, building water supply, agricultural water systems and other pressure-pipe applications, stable extrusion and dimensional control are particularly important.
The production line can be configured according to the required pipe diameter, wall thickness and output.
For customers primarily focused on water-pipe manufacturing, see our PVC Water Pipe Making Machine for a dedicated solution covering a broader range of water and fluid-conveying pipe requirements.
The production line can manufacture PVC pipes for building drainage, wastewater discharge and general non-pressure drainage systems.
For these applications, controlled extrusion, vacuum calibration and cooling help maintain pipe diameter, roundness and dimensional consistency before cutting and optional socketing.
Different machine configurations can be selected according to the required drainage pipe diameter and production capacity.
For electrical wiring and cable protection applications, PVC conduit typically requires smaller pipe diameters and efficient continuous production.
While this general-purpose PVC pipe production line can be configured for conduit applications, manufacturers specializing in electrical conduit can choose our PVC Conduit Pipe Making Machine, which features a dedicated double-output configuration for approximately 16–63 mm conduit production.
PVC pipes are also widely manufactured for agricultural water transportation and irrigation networks.
ANDA can configure the extrusion line according to the required agricultural pipe diameter, wall thickness and production capacity, allowing manufacturers to serve different agricultural and infrastructure projects.
Rigid PVC pipe and PE-RT floor-heating pipe manufacturing involve different materials and processing requirements.
If your target product is flexible pipe for underfloor heating systems, see our High-Speed PE-RT Floor Heating Pipe Making Machine Extrusion Line, which uses a dedicated extrusion configuration for PE-RT pipe production.
A PVC pipe production line is an integrated extrusion system that converts prepared PVC material into finished pipe. A typical line includes an extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, cooling system, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker.
ANDA's current configurations cover pipe outside diameters from approximately 16 mm to 630 mm, depending on the selected model.
Reference output ranges from approximately 150 kg/h to 750 kg/h, depending on the selected extruder, pipe specification and processing conditions.
Yes. Different diameters can be produced within the applicable range of the selected line by using suitable extrusion tooling and adjusting production parameters.
Different wall thicknesses can be produced within the machine's applicable processing range by changing suitable tooling and adjusting extrusion and haul-off conditions.
Depending on configuration, the equipment can be used for PVC/UPVC water supply, drainage, electrical conduit, agricultural and other rigid PVC pipe applications.
For factories primarily producing small-diameter electrical conduit in large quantities, a dedicated double-output PVC conduit machine may provide a more application-focused solution.
A belling machine can be configured according to the required finished pipe and socket type. The exact downstream equipment should be confirmed when determining the production-line configuration.
Selection depends on pipe diameter, wall thickness, PVC formulation and target output. ANDA currently offers configurations using 55/110, 65/132, 80/156 and 92/188 extruders for this product series.
Please provide your target pipe application, diameter range, wall thickness, required capacity, finished length, local voltage and any special downstream processing requirements.
