Automatic Feeding & Winding System: The feeding system adopts adjustable tension control, which can adapt to PVC edge bands of different widths (10-60mm) and thicknesses (0.3-6mm), avoiding edge band deformation and surface scratch during feeding. The winding system adopts automatic tension adjustment and neat winding design, which can directly wind the printed edge bands into rolls, reducing manual sorting and improving production efficiency.
Intelligent Control Panel: Equipped with PLC control system and 7-inch touch screen HMI, the operation is simple and intuitive. It can pre-store multiple printing parameters (pattern, speed, temperature, etc.), and support one-key call, which is convenient for batch production.
